The way he focuses on your form but also creates modifications for your workouts and understands what you’re physically capable to do is much less intimidating than other fitness instructors I’ve experienced in the past. He makes you feel comfortable to try new things and challenge yourself physically and mentally without putting too much pressure and shaming you when you can’t do a certain workout. He’s also flexible with my crazy work/travel schedule providing custom remote workouts so I don’t deviate from my fitness".
